Lenten Concert
On Saturday 21st February 2026 at 7.30pm, a Lenten Concert of Sacred Music will take place at St Mary’s RC Church in Chepstow. This will feature The Helenstowe Consort, a group of singers led by Dr Peter Foster, Director of Music at St Helen’s Church, Abingdon, who regularly perform in churches and cathedrals throughout the UK. They will be joined by musicians from our Chepstow parish.
The programme will include choral works by Bach, Byrd, Handel, Parry, Purcell and Tallis and there will also be instrumental music by Bach, Franck and Handel.
