Preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation

To date we have not received any forms back.  There is a date set for Confirmation but we will have to decline the date if we do not receive any forms by the 1^st Sunday of Advent (30^th November.)  The forms are at the back of the Church.  If anybody in Year 8 and above would like to be confirmed next year please fill in and return a form  from the back of the Church as soon as possible so that arrangements can be made.
